Baseball’s Cathedral in the Bronx

Growing up in New York City can spoil you as a baseball fan. But while the Mets have had some Amazin’ moments, it’s the New York Yankees that are to the National Pastime what the Beatles are to popular music.

Monday, March 31 is more than just another Opening Day. It’s the final opening day at the old Yankee Stadium. For one day, at least, the top story won’t be steroids. Rather, the theme will be history…baseball history.
