Who is Thelonious Monk? Jazz for Young People at the Rose Theater

Today,Â Saturday, November 15, the Jazz for Young People Concert presents “Who is Thelonious Monk?” at the Rose Theater (1 & 3pm). Called the “High Priest of Bebop,” Monk was said to have “charted a new course for modern music few were willing to follow.”
