International Polar Week-end at AMNH

Before of after a skate at the Polar Rink, Join AMNH for International Polar Week-end.
International Polar Weekend
- Sunday, February 8, 12-5 pm
- Kaufmann and Linder Theaters and Grand Gallery, first floor
- Free with Museum admission
- In collaboration with Barnard College, Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, Columbia University, and Polar-Palooza, with funding from NSF.
The Museum hosts the third International Polar Weekend with events celebrating the International Polar Year, one of the largest collaborative science programs of the last 50 years. The weekend features events and activities for all ages, including performances, short lectures, film clips with commentary, and an interactive “Polar Fair.”
The American Museum of Natural History is located at Central Park West and 80th Street.
