Mozart’s timeless masterpiece stars Danielle de Niese and John Relyea as the servant couple who out maneuver their bosses (and everyone else in their world) over the course of one crazy day. Bo Skovhus is the philandering Count and Emma Bell his long-suffering wife. Isabel Leonard upsets the household as the excitable pageboy Cherubino. In the later performances, Annette Dasch, Lisette Oropesa, Ludovic Tézier, and Luca Pisaroni take over the leading roles. Maestros Dan Ettinger and Fabio Luisi share the podium.

Holiday House 2009 – A benefit for Susan G. Komen

Holiday House is an annual benefit that celebrates the  fine art of entertaining.

Twenty interior designers will set the tables for their favorite holiday in an elegant limestone townhouse at 2 East 63rd Street, New York, NY.  The public is invited to tour the house,  pick their  favorite table, and enjoy a vicarious invitation to a soiree with New York’s high society.
The schedule of events includes a Gala cocktail on Tuesday, December 1st, a Champagne & Dessert Soiree on Thursday, December 3, 2009, and daytime viewing from December 2nd through the 6th.
Proceeds benefit The Greater New York City Affiliate of Susan G. Komen For the Cure.

Tickets for each evening event are $200, and are available at The Holiday House website.

Tickets for general viewing December 2nd through the 6th are available for $20 per person from SmartTix.
