About Me
My grandfather would always say to people, “Tell me a little something about yourself.” He’d say this to waiters, fellow subway riders. And he was sincerely interested in everyone’s story. I loved my grandfather’s interest in life and the people he met along the way.
Here is a little something about me.
I am 42, I live in Hunterdon County New Jersey with my husband, 2 children, 4 dogs, many fish in our pond, and two in a tank. My husband introduced me to the idea of enjoying life and believing in myself, and I am indebted to him. I am a mother to Caroline, age 5 and Emma, age 12. My girls are delicious and I adore them.
I work on business development projects for a number of lovely clients. My Urban Sherpa is a project I’ve started with the help of brilliant people I met along the way on other projects, who became some of my favorite people. Together we are building a site for the public to use and enjoy. This blog is a diary of our wanderings around New York.
