If you are an Advertiser, you may add, modify or update your email address, paypal address, name, mailing address and other contact information by accessing the "My Account" page on the Service. Other personal information may be modified or updated by accessing by contacting Publisher as set forth in Section H below. Publisher may retain transactional history in order to document a transaction you may have had with a Publisher. You should contact the Publisher in order to access, modify or update your personal information with them.
As a part of the Services, Publisher provides links to web sites operated by third parties. Publisher is not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices or the content of those third party sites.
Publisher stores personally identifiable information obtained through registration securely and considers it part of the assets of its business. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, Publisher has put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information it collects online. However, data security is a constantly evolving art and science. You should consider any communication that you transmit to Publisher (such as data, questions or answers, comments, or suggestions) as non-confidential, and agree that Publisher will not be liable or responsible if information that belongs to you is intercepted and used by an unintended recipient.
Publisher uses reasonable efforts not to collect, use or disclose individually identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The Services are not targeted at children, and children may not use any of the Services.

Nothing cries 'tourist' more than waving one's hands vigorously and fruitlessly as off-duty and fare-carrying taxis speed by. Here's the simple rule: if the taxi's numbers on his rooftop are lit, he's free. If they aren't lit, he's not. And if they are flanked by "off duty" lights, he's not. Here's the exception: sometimes an off-duty driver can be convinced to take you to your destination: if it's on his way home. If he stops for you, inquire.
Here's another vehicular tip: those town cars honking at you as you stand on the corner are livery cabs. They are not licensed to carry passengers but have a brisk business. If you are desperate for transportation and air-conditioning, it's an option.
